Internet Based Training

Using today's advanced Internet technology, Epic Solutions' training personnel can come right to your desktop to provide training on all aspects of the Yardi Software products you own. Whether you have a dialup, DSL/Cable Modem, or faster connection to the Internet, we can connect to your computer via a small downloadable module.

  
Training is provided using the actual Yardi software while viewing your own monitor watching the instructor's movements through the program. A combined multimedia presentation of online intructional videos and PowerPoint presentations are used to reinforce the training topics covered. The training sessions are scheduled in convenient two-hour time blocks. Training can be performed over two consecutive days or spread over several work days as needed, and mutually agreeable for both the client and Epic Solutions.

Epic Solutions will work with your IT Professional or designated employee to connect a computer to a projector and setup a speakerphone in your conference room or training area for multi-person training.
