Custom Reports

Epic Solutions' personnel have over 10 years experience with Yardi Systems software products and over 20 years experience in the computer industry, particularly in the area of database setup and administration. We are confident we can provide your company with professional and efficient custom report writing services.

We currently provide these services within the Yardi Enterprise, Genesis, and Advantage products. To begin the process we ask that you submit either an existing printout from other software (i.e. Word or Excel) or a "rough draft" of the report(s) that you would like to see produced from your Yardi system. We will then evaluate your request to determine it's feasibility. We may require either a backup of, or access to your Yardi database.

After the evaluation, an estimated price will be submitted. Services will be charged on an hourly basis and based on the technical support rate in affect at the time of service. Minimum billing will be two hours for evaluation.
